Good Business Sense
Being a great communicator isn't enough. Our people must not only be great communicators but must also possess the acumen to understand every client's business, market, opportunities, competitors, and challenges. They must have the financial intelligence to accurately estimate and responsibly manage budgets for multi-faceted client assignments.
Confidence
Our people need to be able to look a CEO in the eye and advise him or her against missteps. They must feel confident in asking for the order when recommending strategic communications initiatives. Rather than merely giving clients what they ask for, our people must positively and tactfully counsel clients toward something they may not realize they need.
High Achiever
Many of our most successful people have self-motivating, high-achiever personalities. Without being asked, they consistently strive for optimum performance in themselves and others. They display a relentless drive to fulfill the highest possible standards for clients and for the firm. And while it should go without saying, they have ethics beyond reproach.
