  THOMAS HEINEN

Thomas Heinen brings strong corporate management skills, a unique talent for differentiating his business through service and culture, and an appreciation for infusing fresh thinking into long-established organizations. Heinen’s Fine Foods, a $350 million family-owned-and-operated regional supermarket chain serving 17 Northeast Ohio communities, was founded in 1929 by his grandfather. The company is noteworthy for having successfully transitioned its management over the years through three generations, and for having grown to become a successful chain of premier grocery stores by adapting to changing markets and instilling a culture of superior quality, customer service and integrity throughout the organization. Heinen is a graduate of Bucknell University.
