THE NEW CLEVELAND CAMPAIGN
Edward Howard worked with the Greater Cleveland Convention & Visitors Bureau and the city's chamber of commerce to create the New Cleveland Campaign, a community-wide marketing and communications program that aggressively – and successfully – told the world about the region's remarkable revitalization.
Crafting a powerful arsenal of communications tools showcasing economic development, tourism attractions and quality of life, Edward Howard generated positive publicity for Cleveland. Just three years after the creation of the Campaign, nearly 50% of all national business executives surveyed by research firm Yankelovich stated Cleveland had improved as a place to live and work, compared with 15% at the program's onset.
